| 摘 要： | 我国城镇和农村现存大量自建房屋。由于未经专业设计和地基勘察，不少自建房屋存在结构布局不合理、地基不均匀沉降等问题，随着时间延长，部分自建房屋出现了裂缝和倾斜，甚至有倒塌的风险。本文对某出现险情的自建房屋进行危险性鉴定，为判断该房屋的危险程度和后续加固提供依据。

| Abstract: | There are a lot of self-built houses in urban and rural areas in China. Due to lack of professional design and foundation survey, many self-built houses have problems such as unreasonable structure layout, uneven settlement of the foundation, etc. Some self-built houses have cracks and tilt, and even the risk of collapse. In this paper, the risk identification of a self-built house in danger is carried out to provide guidance for judging the risk degree of the house and subsequent reinforcement. |
