增材制造用金属粉末空心粉检测方法研究

摘    要:增材制造技术作为目前备受关注的先进制造技术之一,在航空航天、汽车、医疗等行业得到了广泛应用。金属粉末是增材制造工艺最重要的原材料,其中空心粉含量直接影响最终成形件的质量。本文介绍了增材制造金属粉末空心粉检测方法,采用显微镜法测得空心粉率为0.31%,采用工业CT法测得空心粉率为0.27%,验证了显微镜法和工业CT法两种方法的可行性和适用性。

Abstract:Additive manufacturing technology, as one of the most concerned advanced manufacturing technologies, has been widely used in aerospace, automotive, medical fields. Metal powder is the most important raw material for additive manufacturing process, and the content of hollow powder directly affects the quality of the final formed parts. This article introduces the detection methods of hollow metal powder for additive manufacturing. The percentage of hollow powder measured by microscope method is 0.31%, and the percentage of hollow powder measured by industrial CT method is 0.27%. This verifies the feasibility and applicability of both microscope method and industrial CT method.
