超声汽化蒸汽驱动的尿道阀的仿真与实验

摘    要:针对尿道括约肌功能障碍引起的重度尿失禁问题,设计了一种超声汽化蒸汽驱动的尿道阀。运用超声学、热力学和磁学理论建立了尿道阀的数学模型,通过仿真和实验研究了超声控制参数对尿道阀驱动特性的影响规律,通过实验研究了尿道阀的启闭特性。结果表明:尿道阀原理可行,数学模型简单有效;增大超声波的声强、辐射面积和频率,均可提高尿道阀的驱动特性;尿道阀的启闭特性良好。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of severe urinary incontinence caused by urethral sphincter dysfunction, a urethral valve driven by ultrasonic-vaporized steam was presented herein. The mathematical model of urethral valve was built based on the theories of ultrasonics, thermodynamics and magnetism. The effects of ultrasonic control parameters on driving performance of urethral valve was studied by simulation and experiments. The opening/closing performance of urethral valve was verified by experiments. The results show that the principle of urethral valve is feasible and mathematical model is simple and effective; the driving performance of urethral valve is improved by increasing ultrasonic intensity, radiation area and frequency; the opening/closing performance of urethral valve is good.
