第四代篦冷机活动篦床受力分析研究

摘    要:通过对第四代篦冷机整体设备运行情况了解,对核心部件活动篦床进行受力分析,多个力的作用下,活动篦床会出现不同程度的变形,甚至变形过大出现断裂和扭曲,以三段活动篦床三维模型为基础,利用数值方法分析了活动篦床在不同位置施加载荷时的最大应力和最大位移,结果表明多个位置同时施加均等动力比在单个位置施加载荷以及多个位置施加非均等载荷具有更低的应力集中和变形。

Abstract:Through the understanding of the operation of the whole equipment of the fourth generation grate cooler, the force analysis of the movable grate, the core component of the grate cooler, under the action of multiple forces, the movable grate bed will deform in different degrees, even break and twist if the deformation is too large, based on the three-dimensional model of three-stage movable grate bed, the maximum stress and maximum displacement of the movable grate bed under different loading positions are analyzed by numerical method, the results show that the stress concentration and deformation are lower when the equal dynamic loads are applied at multiple locations than when the loads are applied at a single location or at multiple locations.
