冷态物料防堵清堵系统研究

在水泥生产工艺中，因料仓结构及自身物料特性，导致物料在存储和输送过程中容易发生结皮、堵塞、积料等现象，严重影响生产的平稳运行。本文分析了料仓及下料口常见的堵料原因及堵料形式，并提出相应的自动防堵清堵系统。经过生产现场使用证明，该系统能够有效地降低生产断料风险，保障了下料的连续通畅。

The research on blocking prevention and clearing system for cold materials

In cement production process, due to the structure of silo and the characteristics of materials, the materials is easy to crust, blockage and accumulation in the process of storage and transportation, thus seriously affect the operation of production. This paper analyzes the causes and forms of material blocking in silo and blanking port, and puts forward the corresponding automatic blocking and clearing system. It has been proved by the use of the production site that the system can effectively reduce the risk of material interruption in production and ensure the continuous and smooth cutting of materials.
