摘    要:结合等效静态载荷的思想,提出了一种基于渐进空间拓扑优化技术的白车身传力路径规划方法,该方法引入专家系统,同时以车身造型和总布置参数为输入条件,从而使得到的拓扑优化结果尽可能满足工程实际要求。以某MPV的白车身传力路径规划为研究对象,对其进行考虑多种碰撞工况、顶压、多种刚度工况等的多学科拓扑优化方法研究,结果表明,基于渐进空间拓扑优化技术生成的车身拓扑优化结果能很好地满足工程设计要求,具有较高的工程实用价值。

Abstract:A vehicle load path planning method  was proposed  based on progressive space topology optimization  technique  combined with  the  thought  of  equivalent static load. In order to obtain good topology results, an expert system for body-in-white(BIW)  topology optimization  was introduced in the proposed method.Since the additional constraints such as styling and package space should be considered when constructing the topology model so as to ensure the topology  results  could possibly meet the requirements of practical engineering problem. Taking the load path planning of a MPV into account, a multidisciplinary topology optimization which considered vehicle collision, roof strength and BIW stiffness etc. was performed herein. The results demonstrate that the proposed method is capable generating nice distributed load paths for vehicle design problem and it has good engineering practicability.
