三相Z源逆变器的直通分段SVPWM仿真研究

摘    要:直通分段SVPWM作为一种基于传统SVPWM调制改进而成的算法,目前没有文章对其仿真模型进行详细阐述。本文首先介绍了三相Z源逆变器工作原理及拓扑;然后在传统SVPWM调制原理及算法实现和仿真搭建的基础上做相应改变,说明了直通分段SVPWM原理并运用Matlab软件Simulink工具箱中模块进行仿真模型搭建;最后将其与三相Z源逆变器相结合搭建仿真模型。通过分析仿真结果,验证了直通分段SVPWM调制算法及所搭建仿真模型的正确性,从而为相关学习及使用者提供了可靠参考。

Abstract:As an improved algorithm based on traditional SVPWM modulation,shoot-through-segment SVPWM has not been described in detail in paper so far.This paper firstly introduces the working principle and topology of the three phase Z source inverter.Then,based on the modulation principle and algorithm implementation and simulation of the traditional SVPWM,the corresponding changes are made to illustrate the principle of the shootthrough-segment SVPWM,and the simulation model is built by using the modules in the Simulink toolbox of MATLAB software.Finally,the simulation model is built by combining it with the three-phase Z source inverter.By analyzing the simulation results,the validity of the shoot-through-segment SVPWM modulation algorithm and the simulation model are verified,which provides a reliable reference for the relevant learners and users.
