铁水用预熔渣真空脱硫脱磷处理的研究

摘    要:开展了铁水用石灰基预熔渣进行同时脱硫脱磷真空处理研究,试验结果表明,随着石灰基预熔渣中CaO含量增加,脱磷率和脱硫率均增大;随着渣中CaF2含量的增加,脱硫率呈下降趋势,脱磷率先下降而后出现上升情况;真空处理平均脱硫率为68.83%,平均脱磷率为78.46%,分别比常压处理平均脱硫率高26.95%,平均脱磷率低10.18%,但终点P]含量接近,为冶炼低硫低磷钢提供优质铁水。

Abstract:The vacuum treatment for simultaneous desulphurization and dephosphorization of hot metal with premelting CaO based slag was carried out. Results show that both the De S and De P rates have been raised along with the increase of the CaO content in the pre melting slag. However they show a different condition with an increase of CaF content in the pre melting slag;the De S rate tends to go down apparently and the De P rate falls down initially and then goes up gradually and the average De S rate is 68.83% and average De P rate 78.46% . The De S rate is 26.95% higher and the dep 10.18% lower that under the constant pressure condition separately, but the final in the hot metal is very close to the value in the normal condition. As the result high quality hot metal can be supplied for smelting low S and low P steel.
