| 摘 要： | 电网负荷有高峰和低谷特性。针对电力系统的负荷峰谷特性，探讨了如何用电池贮能系统调节电力负荷，从而提高电力系统的经济效益。认为用蓄电池调节电网的峰谷负荷差在技术上是可行的；还介绍了日本在这方面的概况。

| Abstract: | The electric webs have peak loads and vale loads during all operating times. It bilieved that, modulating electric web loads by energy storages systems with batteries and raising the economicals efficiency are possible in the respects of technics. The relatives circumstances in Japan are reported too in this paper. |
