| Abstract: | The article take the Jinxi town in Kunshan city as an example, from urban water culture, the water landscape, water economy and water ecology four aspects, propose as the characteristic of ＂water＂ for planning and construction, make ＂water＂ features in the ＂scientific development view＂ guidance and ＂the sound and fast＂ development environment developed. |
