摘    要:格栅是一类重要的、形态特殊的汽车外观产品,其网格网孔是注射成型过程的关键,对注射工艺条件要求高,且容易产生质量缺陷.本文将应用模流分析来解析不同尺寸面积、不同网格密度的格栅塑件注射成型过程,掌握工艺特点与制约因素,并以此对注射工艺进行改良,以取得最优的模具结构方案和注射工艺方案,使之在不明显增加模具与注射工艺难度的前提下,明显提升改善汽车格栅塑件的外观质量,消除缺陷.

Application of MoldFlow Analysis in Automobile Grille Mold Manufacturing
Abstract:The grille is a kind of important car appearance, form of special products, the grid mesh is a key of injection molding process, the demand is high, the condition of injection molding technology and prone to quality defects. This paper uses MoldFlow analysis for the parse area of different size, different mesh grille plastics injection molding process, master the process characteristics and constraints, and thereby to improvement of injection molding process, in order to obtain the optimal scheme of the mould structure and injection molding process, make it in the mold and injection molding process is not obvious increase the difficulty of premise, improved significantly improve the appearance quality of auto plastic grille, eliminate the defects.
