摘    要:针对光栅架塑件的设计要求,评估分析不同浇口对塑件的影响,选出最佳的浇口类型.同时通过改变浇口位置、壁厚调整等方式,避免熔接痕产生在塑件的薄弱处,保证了塑件的强度.经过实际生产验证,选用的浇口有效降低了塑件的翘曲、尺寸超差、熔接痕等缺陷,大幅减少试模成本,提高了注射生产合格率.为以后同类结构的塑件提供很好的参考价值.

Structure Optimize of Injection Mold Gate for the Frame
Abstract:In view of the grating plane design requirements of plastic parts, evaluation analysis of the influence of different gate of plastic parts, select the best type of gate. At the same time by changing the gate location, wall thickness adjustment, avoid the weld mark produced in parts of the weak, ensures that the strength of the plastic parts. Through actual production verification, to choose, and effectively reduces the gate of plastic parts warp, out-of-tolerance size, defects such as weld mark, sharply reduce test cost, improve the qualified rate of molding production. For later parts of similar structure to provide a good reference value.
