数控落地铣镗床灌胶工艺改进的试验研究

摘    要:为保证数控落地铣镗床拖板导轨与滑枕的接触面积以及Z轴与Y轴的垂直度,对数控落地铣镗床的灌胶工艺进行改进试验和优化。改进后的灌胶工艺不仅保证了Y向与Z向的垂直度,而且还节约了生产成本,缩短了生产周期。

Abstract:In order to ensure the contact area between carriage guide and ram of numerically controlled floor type boring and milling machine,and the verticality of Y-axis and Z-axis,the pouring glues process is improved and optimized.The improved pouring glues process can not only promote the verticality of Y-axis and Z-axis,but also ensure the success rate of pouring glues,save the production cost,and shorten the production cycle.
