摘    要:天铁动力厂6#23500 m3/h空分设备由于进分子筛吸附器的空气温度过高,导致水分、二氧化碳等杂质进入主换热器,造成主换热器严重堵塞。详细介绍了故障经过和原因分析过程,阐述了故障处理以及相应的预防措施。

Abstract:In 6# 23500 m3/h air separation plant of Tiantie Power Plant,the main heat exchanger is seriously blocked due to entrance of moisture and carbon dioxide to the main heat exchanger resulted from excessively high temperature of air entering the adsorber of molecular sieve.Here,the course and causes for the trouble are detailed and the treatment and corresponding preventive measures are described.
