摘    要:600 m3低压液氧贮槽向20 m3中压液氧贮槽转注液氧时,发生了一起液氧泵后管道因冰堵而超压的故障。介绍液氧转注流程和故障现象,分析液氧管道结冰的原因,最后阐述故障解决方法和液氧转注系统管路的改进措施。

Abstract:During transfer of liquefied oxygen from 600 m3 low-pressure liquefied oxygen tank to 20 m3 medium-pressure liquefied oxygen tank,an over-pressure trouble occurs in the pipeline post the liquefied oxygen pump due to ice blocking. The transfer flow process of liquefied oxygen and the trouble phenomena are briefed,the causes for icing of liquefied oxygen pipeline are analyzed,and finally the solutions and the measures to improve the pipeline of liquefied oxygen transfer system are described.
