摘    要:28000 m3/h内压缩流程空分设备主换热器泄漏后,高压氮气纯度不达标,且无规律波动。使用纯度污染分析法检查出泄漏单元,并予以更换,保证了气体产品的正常供应。简介主换热器工艺流程和4种检漏方法,详细介绍具体的检漏步骤。

Abstract:In case of leakage of main heat exchanger of 28000 m3/h inner compression process air separation plant,the purity of high-pressure gaseous nitrogen fails to conform to standard and it varies randomly.The leaking unit is detected with purity contamination analysis method and then replaced so as to ensure normal supply of gaseous products.The flow process of main heat exchanger and four leakage detection methods are briefed and leakage detection procedures are detailed.
