| Abstract: | In case of leakage of main heat exchanger of 28000 m3/h inner compression process air separation plant,the purity of high-pressure gaseous nitrogen fails to conform to standard and it varies randomly.The leaking unit is detected with purity contamination analysis method and then replaced so as to ensure normal supply of gaseous products.The flow process of main heat exchanger and four leakage detection methods are briefed and leakage detection procedures are detailed. |
