摘    要:静刚度是机床性能的重要指标,有必要在设计阶段对其进行预估。针对正在设计中的Linear MC6000型龙门五面加工中心机床,在CAD软件UGNX2.0环境中建立了其各部件及整机的三维实体模型。在有限元分析软件ABAQUS6.51环境中,用弹簧单元来模拟滑块与直线导轨的接触刚度,建立了机床的有限元模型,并对其静刚度进行了分析。

Abstract:The static rigidity is an important index of machine tool's performance, which should be forecasted in the planning phase. Based on UG NX 2.0 developing environment, the 3-D physical models for components and complete machine of Linear MC6000, a 5-faces portal-type MC in designing, were established. Based on ABAQUS 6.51 environment, the contacting rigidity between slide block and linear guideway was simulated with spring elements, the finite element model of the machine tool was set up, and the static rigidity of the machine tool was analyzed.
