摘    要:多年的现场观测资料和理论分析及数学模型和实体模型试验等研究表明 :三峡枢纽运用后 ,坝区河势朝平顺微弯单槽态势发展 ;合理布置和运用排沙洞 ,可确保电厂长期正常引水 ;合理布置隔流堤和堤头位置 ,可满足或基本满足通航水流条件 ;采用”动水冲沙”辅助机械挖泥措施 ,可解决上下游引航道的泥沙淤积问题

Abstract:Through observation data in situ for years and theory analysis as well as mathematics model calculation and physics model test,the study results show that:after the Three Gorges Project operation,the regime of river in the dam area will tend to the development of a smooth and slightly meandering single trough;the long term normal diversion of the hydropower plants may be secured by rational arrangement and operation of desilting bottom outlets;the navigation flow conditions can be or basically satisfied through reasonable arrangement of division dike and position of its head;the primary measure for solving sediment accumulation in the upstream and downstream approch channels is "flushing sediment by moving water" and supplementing with machine digging.
