摘    要:应用辐射交联理论中各关系式,可很好地处理硅橡胶在各种实验条件下辐射交联的实验数据,并算出各交联参数值。由这些参数值的变化和比较,本文较全面地研究了各侧基、填料,分子量及介质等对硅橡胶辐射交联的影响。

Abstract:The radiation induced crosslinking of SR is investigated under the different experimental conditions. The values of various crosslinking parameters have been calculated. By comparing variation of these parameter values the effects of filler, sidegroups, medium and MW on the radiation crosslinking are discussed. The results are as follows.The rate of gel formation is increased with methyl-vinyl siloxane chain in DMSR and Rg while it is decreased with phenyl-group. SR can be crosslinked at low dose with the fumed silica. This experimental result shows that the fumed silica is a sensitizer. The effects of mediums on crosslinking parameters of SR are CO2>N2>air>O2, but the difference is very small. Therefore the radiation crosslinking of SR in air is practical. In this work, the effect of MW on the Gcross value is given by the following equation:Gcross = Gi A/Mw where Gi is the limiting value of Gross at infinity of MW.
