基于模糊PID的湿法脱硫系统石膏厚度控制的研究

摘    要:在湿法脱硫系统中二级皮带脱水由于系统的滞后严重,普通PID控制效果并不理想,经理论分析后采用模糊PID复合控制,实现了湿法脱硫系统的控制,并使系统的响应得到了较好的改善,实际应用结果证明了理论的正确性。

Abstract:The application of Fuzzy-PID control on gypsum dewater ing process is present in Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) system, which has not been succes sful to be dealt with through conventional PID control due to a great lag betwee n action and feedback.The practice results are included to show the effectiven ess of Fuzzy-PID Control for the FGD system.
