智能压力传感系统的设计

摘    要:本文设计了一种以C8051f410微处理器为核心的智能压力传感系统。系统采用压阻式压力传感器,在电路设计中,采用恒流源、差动放大电路和高性能集成温度传感器DS18620等来减小温度等环境因素对传感器的影响,采用软件补偿来修正传感器温漂及非线性。实践证明,该压力传感系统具有精度高、抗干扰能力强等特点。

Abstract:This paper introduces a pressure measured system using C8051f410 SCM as the center process unit. This system takes piezoresistive sensor, in the design of the measuring circuit, the constant current source, differential amplifier circuit and integrated temperature sensor are used to reduce the influence of the environment, also, we improve the sensor's temperature drift and the nonlinear character through software compensation. Practice shows that this system has a high precision and ECCM capabilities.
