特厚煤层综放采场直接顶关键层及支架适应性

摘    要:为了探索大同矿区石炭系特厚煤层综放开采工作面支架-围岩相互作用关系,采用现场实测与理论分析的方法,在分析塔山矿石炭系特厚煤层综放工作面顶煤、顶板运移规律及矿压显现特征的基础上,将塔山矿石炭系特厚煤层综放开采采场直接顶结构分为2类,指出"直接顶关键层"的存在将进一步增大顶板管理的难度.对8102和8103综放面所用ZF10000/25/38及ZF13000/25/38支架的适应性进行了分析,结果表明,ZF13000较ZF10000支架能够适应的最大煤层采放厚度由17 m提高至20 m,也能防止端面顶煤冒落,ZF13000支架具有更强的适应性.
