| 摘 要： | 采用VN合金和V合金,熔炼15MnVNq钢和15MnVq钢.从这两种钢的显微组织、硬度、强度、冲击性能和析出相等方面对二者进行对比研究,分析N对15MnVq组织及性能的影响.结果表明,N的加入对15MnVq钢晶粒细化和力学性能的提高均有显著的效果.

| Abstract: | 15MnVNq and 15MnVq steels were acquired by adding VN and V alloys in steels.The effects of N element on the microstructures and mechanical properties of 15MnVq steel were analyzed by comparisons of microstructure,hardness,strength,impact strength as well as precipitation of the two steels.The results showed that the addition of N in 15MnVq can greatly refine the grains and improve the mechanical properties of the steel. |
