电解槽早期破损的成因与对策

摘    要:针对平果铝电解的现状, 分析了电解槽早期破损的原因, 指出主要是因电解槽无适当的炉帮保护和阴极隆起。经过研究和实践, 找到了改变小墙体使电解槽形成规整炉帮、加长炭块减少收缩裂纹、干式防渗料作底阻挡层等一些可行的方法, 使电解槽寿命比原来延长一年多。

Abstract:Directing to current circumstances of aluminum electrolysis, factors of early causing ction electrolyzers, such as lack of adequate furnace wall protection and gradual rising of carbon cathode,efc., are discussed. Countermeasures, such as adopting side walls to form adequate furnace wall, prolonging carbon cathode to reduce crack in the carbon and using dry leakage-proof material to make base layer,have been worked out by means of research and practice.They are feasible to enlarge the service life of the electrolyzers by more than one year over the original service life.
