Study on Key Points of Developing Intranet for Mining Enterprises

This paper demonstrates that the Intranet represents a trend of developing information system for mining enterprises in China.Key points such as objectives and principles,system functions,software platform,network structure and safety,and development methods of the Intranet for mining enterprises are discussed.Basic thought and measures for developing this Intranet system are illustrated. These would provide useful references for mining enterprises in China to build their own effective Intranet systems.
