摘    要:综述了有色金属尾矿的特点及尾矿堆存的潜在危害,从金属组分、重晶石及萤石类物质和非金属组分回收方面系统的介绍了尾矿再选,回收有价组分的状况。同时,系统归纳了有色金属尾矿整体化资源化应用于建筑材料、催化剂、造肥或土壤改良剂、复垦、充填等领域的情况,并着重介绍了水泥、聚合材料、玻璃等多种以尾矿为材料制备的建筑材料。从国家“十二五”规划等政策、环境保护和矿产资源可持续发展出发,评述了有色金属尾矿综合利用的发展趋势,提出有色金属尾矿整体资源化应用在推进节能环保战略性新兴产业发展上意义深远。

Abstract:This paper summarized the characteristics and potential hazards of non-ferrous metal mine tailings. The tailings recleaning and recovery situation were systematically introduced from three aspects. These aspects are metal components, barite and fluorite substances, non-metallic components. Meanwhile, the non-ferrous metal mine tailings overall utilization which used in the field of building materials, catalysts, compost or soil conditioner, reclamation, filling etc. were systematically generalized, and focused on many construction materials, such as cement, polymeric materials, glass which based on tailings. The development tendency and far-reaching of comprehensive utilization of non-ferrous metal mine tailings for promoting the development of strategic emerging industries which energy saving and environmental protection was critiqued and put forward, according to the Twelfth Five-Year Plan, environmental protection and Mineral resources sustainable development.
