云南元阳华西白钨矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:针对云南元阳华西白钨矿开展了选矿试验研究,试验研究表明,采用预选脱硫—常温浮选白钨矿的工艺流程。丁黄与丁胺为脱硫混合捕收剂,当用量分别为60g/t和30g/t,硫化物的脱除率为85.78%,钨的损失率为7.66%。脱硫尾矿回收白钨矿,以Na2CO3调浆,水玻璃作抑制剂,731为捕收剂,经过一粗二扫五精流程,获得了WO371.78%,回收率81.18%的白钨精矿。

Abstract:This paper studies the mineral processing technology of a scheelite ore in Yunnan by adopting pre-desulfurization and scheelite recovered from desulfurize tailings by froth flotation. Butyl xanthate and butylamine were used as desulfurization collectors, the removal efficiency of sulfur and loss percentage of scheelite are 85.78% and 7.66% at the dosage of butyl xanthate 60g/t and butylamine 30g/t, respectively. Sodium carbonate and sodium silicate were used as regulator and inhibitor respectively. The close-circuit showed that the grade of scheelite concentrate is 71.78%, and the recovery of scheelite is 81.18%
