新型低表面能防污涂料在网箱网衣中的应用研究

摘    要:将低表面能防污涂料应用于养殖网箱网衣中,将氟化物、辣椒素作为添加剂加入树脂基体中,利用二者的协同作用,达到防止海洋污损生物附着的效果.将试验网衣进行浅海挂网试验,试验网片被吊挂在试验海区生产网箱之间,通过每月吊挂一块新空白网片的方法来调查不同季节附着生物的种类和附着情况;每月一次定期对试验网片进行附着情况检查、拍照及称重,并进行试验海区理化因子的测定.结果证明这种新型低表面能防污涂料具有极佳的防污效果.进一步讨论了防污涂料的防污效果及影响防污效果的诸多因素.

Abstract:A kind of high-efficient, low surface energy and nontoxic antifouling coating is and capsaicin and PTFE are used as main antifouling composition. Maritime space test began summarized, with April of 2002. Antifouling materials are hung up between net cases in the test maritime space of Zhoushan in Zhejiang province. The depth of antifouling materials is lower than the sea by 2 -3 meters. Interval distance is about 1. 5 meters. Once a month antifouling materials are checked on the degree of adhesion, weighed and taken pictures. The result of test proves that the kind of antifouling paint has made the satisfactory antifouling result.
