矿石浸出过程模拟研究

摘    要:针对同一矿床矿中矿石具有的相近特点,建立了矿石浸出过程中的化学动力学模型。通过小型试验确定模型中的参数,对同一矿床中矿石的浸出过程进行模拟。对于直径为4.5mm左右的矿石,当矿石浸出率在80%以下时,模拟误差在10%以内,有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:Aimed at the similar characteristics of ores in the same deposit, the chemical dynamic model for ore leaching is established. The leaching process of ores in the same deposit can be simulated. For the ore with grain size about 4.5 mm and leaching recovery less than 80% the simulation error is below 10% and shows some application value.
