钴的阴离子交换-CL-P204萃取色谱分离提取研究

摘    要:对钴溶液中镉、铜、锰、锌、铁等金属离子的阴离子交换-CL-P204萃取色谱法分离进行了研究.钴渣浸出液经适当处理后,用强碱性阴离子交换柱除去大部分镉.除镉料液以经0.5mol/L的NaAc溶液(pH4.0)转型的CL-P204萃淋树脂为固定相、pH2.5的氯乙酸-氯乙酸钠缓冲溶液(0.1mol/L)为流动相淋洗,使钴与其余金属离子达到有效分离.该法分离提取钻的效果好、操作简便,为湿法冶金工业中钴的回收提供了一种新方法.

Abstract:In this paper, anion-exchange and CL-P204 extraction chromatography by which Co can be separated from Cd, Cu,Mn, Zn, Fe is investigated. Most Cd in the solution containing Co is separated by strong basic anion-exchange column after the solution is specially treated. Then, when the CL-P204 levextrel resin transformed by 0.5 mol/L NaAc(PH 4.0) isused as stationary phase and C1CHOOH-C1HOONNa(0. 1 mol/L) at pH 2. 5 as mobile phase,Co can be separated effectively from the other metal ions. This method is effective to separate Co from Cd, Cu, Mn, Zn, Fe and the condition of separation is simple and covenient.
