根据《国网公司推进变电站无人值守工作方案》的要求,公司所辖变电站全部实行无人值守,所有运维人员通过轮岗培训,均应具备日常及维护性检修业务操作技能,倡导一专多能的复合型人才;这对技能培训提出了新的要求.我们紧密结合现场情况,开创性的提出了岗位直训法,用于运维班的技能培训中.这种新颖的培训模式,能够充分激发班组成员学习各种专业的积极性和主动性,有效提升成员的技能水平,满足运维人员的转岗需求;缩小班组成员的技能水平差距,为运维一体化的实施提供了有效的培训保障和技能支持.
