| 摘 要： | 本文以忠信诚毅的儒家思想和知行合一的方法论为核心,从国网公司企业文化体系与儒家思想有共通性和儒家思想在世界著名企业文化中的成功实践两个方面论证了构筑国网企业文化理论与实践体系的必要性和可行性,提出了该理论与实践体系的建设规划与现实途径.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the Confucian thought centering on loyalty,trust, sincerity and perseverance and the methodology of the unity of knowledge and action are discussed, from which the unity of Confucian thought and State Grid enterprise culture system, and the successful practice of Confucian thoughts in world-known enterprise culture are demonstrated, and the necessity and feasibility of Confucianism-based enterprise culture system are discussed, also with the suggested planning and route. |
