摘    要:在输电线路杆塔优化排位设计中,随时需要调用杆塔费用指标(或杆塔塔重指标)及基础施工费等。通常估算杆塔塔重的方法是只对塔型的一种呼高进行计算,而同一型式的其他呼高或另外荷载条件下的塔重,可用公式近似估算。参考国内外研究成果,采用国网典型设计的塔型塔重作为数据样本,以非线性多元回归分析理论为依据建立数学模型.使用数学计算软件Matlab对样本数据进行计算、分析、检验,从而得到铁塔重量与杆塔高度、杆塔设计条件(荷载条件)之间的数学关系式。由该式得出的估算重量与施工图重量的绝对误差在5%以下.平均误差为在3%以下,表明该关系式对于线路方案优化及比选是适用的。

Abstract:In optimized arranging tower design of transmission lines, it is necessary to determine the tower charge (weights) of different options.The conventional way is to calculate the tower at one kind of height.While its weight at other height or under other load conditions is estimated approximately with a formula.Referring to for- eign and domestic research results,based on nonlinear recursive Multi-analysis ,using the date of State Grid Cor- poration Typical Design and simulation software Matlab,the nonlinear recursive relation formula to determine the design load and tower weight is obtained through calculation, analysis, and test.From the above the absolute max error less than 5% and the average error less than 3% from the estimated weight to the weight of construction drawing is obtained ,which indicates the formula is suitable for optimized design and comparison of the options.
