摘    要:水平井复合射孔由于射开厚度大,设计药量多,施工风险高,极易发生安全事故。为了保证施工安全,采取了7项技术措施,包括复合射孔枪优选;射孔枪身耐外压检测;枪身盲孔泄压检测;起爆方式优选;压裂火药用量设计;管柱应力分析;施工安全控制。通过7项技术措施,保证了施工的安全性,圆满完成了该水平井的复合射孔施工,为水平井复合射孔继续深入研究积累了经验。

Abstract:The combined perforating technology in horizontal wells is very dangerous because of its thick perforating zones, large quantities of explosives and high risk operation. we use seven technologies to insure the perforation security including optimum perforating gun, external pressure test of the perforating gun,scalloped hollow pressure-release test,optimum detonating method,fracture explosive load design,string stress analysis and security control. The improved combined perforating technology is successfully used in xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx53-Ping 37 horizontal well, so, we have also accumulated rich experience in the same time.
