摘    要:高压聚乙烯反应器是聚乙烯生产的关键设备之一,但其夹套系统的穿孔泄漏严重影响了生产的连续性。根据失效的具体位置和形貌对夹套系统进行了分析,结果表明,夹套系统的结构缺陷所产生的流动死区是导致反应器失效的主要原因。同时夹套跨管管径过小导致流速增大,使夹套和跨管的入口区域所受剪切应力极大增加,也是造成反应器失效的一个原因。提出了针对上述问题的可行性处理措施。

Abstract:The high-pressure polythene reactor is one of key equipments which produces poly thene, but the processing continuity is seriously influenced by leaking failure in annular tube. The failure reasons on high pressure polythene reactors were analyzed in detail. The results show that it is most reason leading to failure of the reactor that the flowing dead zone exists between the annular tube and the inner tube of the reactor. Another reason is smaller diameter of the connective tube on the annular tube, leading to higher flow velocity inside which induces higher value of wall shearing stress on inner wall of annular tube inlet and connective tube. Finally feasible measures aimed to the failure were offered.
