油膜振荡及稳定性分析

摘    要:油膜振荡是大型机电设备出现重大故障的主要原因.轴承的运转状态也直接影响设备运行的稳定性.本文主要对机电设备中出现油膜振荡的特征及稳定性分析的方法加以总结分析,得出油膜振荡及稳定运行的区域,以尽可能地避免油膜振荡的产生,提高机电设备的利用率和生产效率,增加设备运行的稳定性,减少设备的维修时间.

Abstract:One of reasons that giant mechanical and electricity device important failures is the oil whip. The stability of the equipment s motion could be affected by the operation of bearings. The summaries and analysis are carried on characteristic of the oil whip and analyzing method of the stability in giant mechanical and electricity device in this paper. The region of the oil whip and the stability operation will be obtained. The produce of the oil whip may be avoided. The effectiveness of use and produce of the mechanical and electricity device is raised. The stability of equipment operation may be increased. The maintenance time of devices is decreased.
