国有企业思想政治工作创新探究

在国企日常运营管理过程中,思想政治工作一直都发挥着巨大的作用。思政工作是国企经济工作及其他所有工作的生命线,只有重视思政工作、落实思政工作,才能为企业创建一个良好的内部环境,让企业能够稳定、和谐发展。在国企改革背景下,国企发展形势产生了一定变化,给思政工作提出了新的要求。要让思政工作充分发挥成效,必然要对其进行创新,使其跟上国企改革步伐。基于此,本文对国有企业思想政治工作创新进行了探究,并提出了相关观点,以供参考。

Exploration on the Innovation of Ideological andPolitical Works in State-owned Enterprises

Ideological and political works have always played a very important role in daily operation and management of state-owned enterprises.Ideological and political work is the lifeblood of economic work and all other works in state-owned enterprises.Only by paying attention to and carrying out ideological and political work can create a good internal environment for enterprises, and make the enterprises stably and harmoniously developed.Under the state-owned enterprise reform, the changes of the development situation of state-owned enterprises have put forward new demands for ideological and political work.To make the ideological and political works give full play, it is necessary to innovate the works for keeping up with the state-owned enterprises reform.Based on this, this paper has explored the innovation of ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises and put forward relevant viewpoints for reference.
