| 摘 要： | 国标GB5509-85《粉类磁性金属物测定方法》中有两种不同的测定方法:《磁性金属物测定器法》和《磁铁吸引法》。笔者通过对十种面粉用两种方法进行对比测定,认为将这两种测定方法结合在一起运用,能扬长避短,实际可操作性更强,更安全,定量更准确。

| Abstract: | There are two different testing methods in the national standard GB5509-85 《Methods for determination of magnetic metals content of flours》: “the method of magnetic metal testers” and“magnetism method of magnetic metals.” Through comparison for ten flour samples with these two methods the author concluded that combination of these two methods could be more practical ,save and accurate. |
