| Abstract: | The mechanism of the additional enengy losses of photo-electrical conversion energy for the large area a-Si solar cell modules refered to the small area cell and the diagnoses of the large area module are presented. Relationship between the thermal instability of a-Si cell and that of structural defects are analysed. |
