摘    要:在炭支撑体上预先涂敷silicalite-1晶种,经二次水热合成法成功地制备了无模板剂的高硅ZSM-5沸石复合膜,经XRD、SEM和渗透性能测试,合成的炭基-沸石复合膜连续、致密,显示出一定的分子选择性能。实验中对合成液中钠硅比,水硅比和硅铝比等因素对沸石复合膜性能的影响进行了初步探讨。结果表明,尽管晶种的存在削弱了Na+的结构导向作用,但是Na+和Al3+的作用不能忽视。炭支撑体上晶种的存在促进了沸石膜的生长,对沸石膜的形成起着重要的作用。

Abstract:Template-free ZSM-5 zeolite membranes with high Si/Al ratio have been successfully synthesized on the carbon tubes by seeded secondary synthesis.Their properties were characterized by XRD,SEM,single gas permeance tests.The results indicate that the membrane is dense,free-defected with good molecule selecting property.Ratios of Na/Si,water/Si and Si/Al which affected the quality of zeolite membrane were also systematically examined.The results show that seeds and Al3+ ion play an important role in the growth of the template-free ZSM-5 zeolite membranes,though the seeds would weaken structural guide function of Na+ 's.Seeds on carbon tubes are importantly conducive to the formation and growth of zeolite membrane.
