混凝剂处理选矿废水的研究

摘    要:以硫酸铝[Al2(SO4)3]、硫酸铁[Fe2(SO4)3]、三氯化铁(FeCl3)、氯化铝(AlCl3)为混凝剂处理选矿废水, 探讨了不同混凝剂的处理效果及三氯化铁处理砷、镉等离子的混凝机理。结果表明, 用混凝工艺处理选矿废水效果显著, 三氯化铁(FeCl3)为最佳混凝剂, 最佳添加用量为16 mg/L, 废水经处理后符合国家排放标准。

Abstract:Treatment of metallurgy wastewater using Al_2(SO_4)_3, Fe_2(SO_4)_3, FeCl_3, AlCl_3 as coagulants has been studied. The coagulation effects of different coagulants and the coagulation mechanism of FeCl_3 for removing arsenic, cadmium ionic also have been discussed. And the experiment results show that FeCl_3 is the best coagulant for treating mineral processing wastewater. When the addition of FeCl_3 in treatment reaches 16 mg/L, the discharging water can meet the national standard.
