转炉出钢及涡流形成的数值模拟和水模型研究

摘    要:采用商业CFD流体模拟软件Fluent6.3,通过基于压力的分离隐式求解器,以及k-ε双方程模拟了50t转炉出钢过程,并将模拟结果与几何相似比1:4的水模型模拟结果进行了比较。结果表明,数值模拟和水模型模拟结果具有好的可比性;由于数值模型在构建时忽略流体与壁面间的相互摩擦作用,数值模拟确定的涡流形成和出钢时间要短于水模型模拟结果;在现行出钢口结构形式下,涡流卷渣过程不可避免,涡流的形成主要发生在出钢过程的中后期。

Abstract:The tapping process of a 50 t converter is simulated by using commercial software Fluent 6.3 and based on pressure separated implicit analytic calculation and k-εbi-equation,and the simulation results is compared with the results of physical simulation with geometric similarity ratio 1:4 water model.Results show that the numerical simulation results are compared to water model simulation results,because of neglecting the interaction of friction between liquid and wall face in numerical model,the vortex forming time and tapping time obtained by numerical simulation are less than that obtained by water model simulation;at current structure of tapping hole,the slag entrained by vortex during tapping is inevitable, and the vortex formed is most at middle and later period of tapping.
