载碘活性炭远红外加热再生研究

摘    要:采用远红外加热法,对某企业载碘活性炭进行再生处理.研究了载气气速、温度、时间、次数对活性炭再生的影响,并考察了活性炭质量损耗率与温度的关系.结果表明:在活性炭质量为100g,温度500℃,载气线速度0.006m/s,加热时间2h,活性炭再生率达到94.9%,此温度下活性炭的质量损耗率为24.2%.

Abstract:Far-infrared heating method was used to treat the activated carbon loaded iodine produced in pharmaceutical factory in the paper. The effects of carrier gas velocity, temperature, time and regenerated times on the regeneration rate were investigated. And effect of temperature on the quality attrition of activated carbon was presented. The results show that when quality of activated carbon was 100 g, carrier gas velocity of 0.006m/s, reaction time of 2 h, temperature of 500℃ , the regeneration rate can reach 94.9%, the quality attrition is 24.2% in this temperature.
