摘    要:对ICr15Ni4M03N不锈钢(/%:0.11~0.16C、0.50~1.25Mn、≤0.70Si、4.0~5.0Ni、14.5~15.5Cr、2.3~2.8Mo、0.05~0.1N)φ~60~90 mm棒材随机抽取58炉次进行化学分析,同时对各炉次钢材纵向力学性能试样进行1070℃1 h空冷,-70℃4 h冷处理,再进行200℃2 h回火,并测定其力学性能。通过统计回归分析,得出该钢材成分与力学性能之间的回归方程。

Abstract:The analysis on elements content in 58 heats stainless steel 1Cr15Ni4Mo3N(/%:0.11~0.16C,0.50~1.25Mn,≤0.70Si,4.0~5.ONi,14.5~15.5Cr,2.3~2.8Mo,0.05~0.1N) random-sampling fromΦ60~90 mm bars are carried out,while the longitudinal mechanical properties of each heat products heat-treated with 1070℃1h,air cooling, -70℃4h cold treatment then 200℃2h tempering are measured.The regression equations between the chemical composition and the mechanical properties of steel are obtained by statistic regression analysis.
