摘    要:从滚筒洗衣机结构与运行过程的力学特性出发,结合滚筒洗衣机噪声测量的结果,发现了衣物随机形成的不平衡质量是滚筒洗衣机噪声测试结果具有不确定性的原因.这些随机的不平衡质量在洗衣机运行过程中产生了随转速变化的离心力激起洗衣机的随机振动,并引发随机的噪声.为此,提出了改进滚筒洗衣机噪声测量与评价方法的建议.

Abstract:According to the structure of front loader washing machine and the mechanical behavior of the running machine, and combining with the results from noise measurement, It is found that the indeterminacy of sound power level from noise measurement is caused by the unbalance mass formed random by the loading in the washing machine. Under different operation speeds the random unbalance mass produces the unbalance force, by which the vibration and noise of the machine is excited. Therefore some suggestions are proposed to improve method of noise measurement and evaluation for front loader washing machine.
