立式空调机底盘注塑模设计

摘    要:分析了立式空调机底盘的工艺特点和工艺要求,说明了模具工作原理,着重阐述了模具的型腔布置、分型面选择、浇注系统、成型零部件、定距分型机构、侧向分型与抽芯机构、型腔锁块机构、型芯支承柱、顶出与复位机构及冷却系统的设计特点。试模结果表明,该模具结构合理、动作可靠,所成型的注塑件质量满足技术要求。

Abstract:The technical characteristics and requirements of the underpan part of upright air condition were analyzed. The working principle of the injection mould was stated. The design specialties of the cavity laying, apart face choosing, pouring system, molding parts, apart mechanism of fix distance, core-apart face and pulling mechanism, lock-piece mechanism of cavity, supporting pole of moving mould, ejector and return mechanism, cooling system were explained emphatically. The mould were proved to be reasonable structure, reliable in movement, and pleased in technical requirement of the part quality in trying mould.
