摘    要:锡基镀液随着存放时间的增长,镀液中Sn^2+不断的降低,Sn^4+不断的增加,从而带来镀液变浑浊,pH值不断升高的现象。根据Nernst equation原理,选用PHS-10A型酸度计为测定仪器,以标准甘汞电极为参比电极,玻璃电极为测试电极,在相同的环境与条件下测定锡基镀液的pH值变化情况,以此来反映出镀液中Sn^2+和Sn^4+浓度变化情况,进而判断出锡基镀液中各种稳定剂的性能,从而遴选出性能优良的锡基镀液稳定剂。

Abstract:According to the phenomenon that the Tin-Plating solution becomes turbid and PH value goes up caused by the decrease of Sn2 and increase of Sn4 along with the storage time,and based on the principle of Nernst equation,PHS-10A acidity meter was selected as the measuring apparatus.By using standard calomel electrode as a reference electrode and glass electrode as a test electrode,the change of PH value in Tin-Plating solution was measured under the same environment and condition,which reflect the change of density of Sn2 and Sn4 in Tin-Plating solution.Then the functions of various stabilizing agents in Tin-Plating solution were judged so as to select the excellent stabilizing agent in Tin-Plating solution.
