亚纳秒气体开关雪崩过程计算机仿真

摘    要:对气体开关击穿机制进行了理论分析,对放电过程的两个阶段进行分析,并对第一阶段放电过程进行模拟计算.针对目前气体开关仿真模型不能客观反映亚纳秒气体开关放电物理过程的问题,提出了一种电子雪崩过程仿真模型.并确定了影响仿真结果的一些关键参数.根据放电的实际物理过程,确定了仿真模型中电子碰撞电离系数、电子在气体中的迁移速度等关键仿真参数,从而使仿真模拟接近于气体开关实际放电过程.为深入开展放电仿真研究奠定了基础.

Abstract:A model describing the breakdown mechanism of Sub-nanosecond gas switch is established.Because there is no an ideal model to describe the gas discharge,the electron avalanche is considered as the basic process in gas discharge.After investigating literatures of gas discharge domain at domestic and abroad and based on gas discharge theory,in the thesis,the mathematical model of gas electron avalanche in short gap is proposed and the process of electron avalanche growth is simulated by computer.This research work not only provides one method for explaining sub-nanosecond switch gas-discharge,but also provides the theoretical basis for the experimental study.
