摘 要: | 水力活塞泵工作筒与机组之间的配合面通常采用氟塑料密封装置加以密封,为了提高这种密封装置的性能,对其密封机理进行了力学分析,并应用有限元法推导氟塑料密封环的变形规律,在此基础上对现有氟塑料密封环的结构尺寸和公差进行了优化处理。

Abstract: | Fluo-plastic seals are commonly used between the working barrel and the downhole assembly of a hydraulic pump. The sealing mechanism of these rings is investigated by mechanical analysis and their deformation pattern is derived by finite element method, and accordingly the geometry and tolerances of the seal rings are optimized. |
