摘    要:本文讨论了有限元法用于解算轴对称暂态温度场及热应力场问题。提出根据瞬时热平衡原理确定过渡工况轴封内蒸汽温度及放热系数的方法。并对20万千瓦汽轮机中压转子作了实际计算,最终得出一些有用的数据和结论。


The Calculation of the Transient Temperature Field and the Thermal Stress Field of Steam Turbine Rotor With Finite Element Method
Abstract:This paper discusses the problem of the axisymmetric transient temperature and thermal stress field calculation With finite element method. Based on the transient thermal equilibrium principle, the Way that determines transient steam temperature and convection coefficient in steam—seald gland is presented. With the IP rotor of 200MW steam turbine as an example, transient temperature and thermal stress field calculation is made Finally, some useful data and conclusions are obtained.
